Jackson Update 10: September 20

Jackson is now improving very well. Today, they took him off of his ventilator and stopped giving him blood pressure medicine. Both of those changes are signs that his body is recovering well and getting back to its normal processes. They are slowly removing the various tubes and lines in his chest, arms, neck, and legs. Today, they removed one of the two large tubes coming out of his chest and a few of the other small lines. Incredibly, the doctors think the could be in a regular hospital room (not intensive care) sometime tomorrow.

JR and Juliette, we have been praying for little Jackson since we found out this week. I know God has special plans and purposes for his little life. We're praying angels encamp around him, and we know that "the Lord rejoices over him with singing!" We love you! Alan and Sandra Gibson

JR and Juliette,
I really can't find the words to express how I feel right now. I just pray that God will continue to surround you and your precious baby Jackson with healing and love during the days to come. I wish I could be there to hug you both; know that you are in our prayers even though you are miles away. Your little boy is beautiful--he will be a blessing to you both. With love, Angela Hutton

This is great news, JR. We've all been rooting for Jackson here at the office. He's been in my family's prayers as well. God is good and your boy is going to do great.

JR & Juliette,

This is amazing and wonderful news. I'm so happy to hear that Jackson is making such great progress. Our prayers now are for continued healing, and that his little mind will never remember the "difficulties" of the past week.
